Where We Ship
Ojas Fine Jewellery currently ships within Canada only.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Packaging
Every Ojas Fine Jewellery order is packaged with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Our packaging is designed to protect delicate jewellery during transit and also makes for a lovely unboxing experience perfect if you are sending a gift.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Ojas Fine Jewellery is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your jewellery arrives damaged or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will work with you to make it right.
