Our Promise to You
At Ojas Fine Jewellery, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right with your order, we are here to make it right — simply and stress-free.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
To begin a return, please email us at Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- ✦ Unworn and unused — the piece must show no signs of wear
- ✦ In its original packaging — returned in the same condition it was received
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.
All other jewellery pieces are eligible for return within the 14-day window provided the conditions above are met.
Return Shipping
We make returns easy — we will provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label at no cost to you. Simply email us at Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com to request your return and we will send the label directly to your inbox.
Please ensure your item is securely packaged before dropping it off at your nearest Canada Post location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the damage
We will resolve this for you promptly with a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.
How to Start a Return
- Email Ojasfinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with your prepaid return label
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at any Canada Post location
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
